1. Processing Schedule & Order Handling

We process orders Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM EST to 4:00 PM EST.

  • Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • All orders require 1 business day of processing before being handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will start processing on the following business day.

Our team carefully prepares each shipment to ensure accuracy and timely dispatch.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped through reliable delivery partners.

Standard Ground Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on distance, weather, and carrier logistics.

Military Addresses (AA/APO/FPO)

  • Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days once shipped.

Please note that shipping timelines apply only to business days and exclude weekends and holidays.

3. Adult Signature & Carrier Compliance

To comply with federal shipping requirements:

  • A 21+ adult signature with a valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery.
  • We work with specialized private regional carriers to ensure legal and secure delivery across the United States.

Tip: If you’re not available during the day, consider shipping to a workplace or a location where an adult can sign.

4. Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your shipment by:

  • Logging into your account and visiting the “My Account” page.
  • Clicking the tracking link in your confirmation email.

Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially before the package reaches a sorting facility or local delivery hub.

5. Possible Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier capacity issues or unexpected high shipping volumes.
  • Severe weather conditions during transit.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

To avoid delays, please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect addresses can be reshipped after they arrive back at our facility and after customer confirmation.
  • Reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If a refund is requested for a returned order, original shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable.

7. Replacement, Warranty & Delivery Claims

All shipments include insurance coverage for potential loss or damage during transit.

  • Customers must provide valid proof when filing a claim.
  • If tracking status shows “Delivered,” replacement or refund requests cannot be guaranteed and will be reviewed case-by-case.
  • Theft or loss after confirmed delivery is not covered under warranty.

We currently ship to most U.S. states. However, due to evolving local regulations, certain flavor-ban or high-restriction areas may be excluded. If your location is restricted, you will be notified during checkout.
